Who'll save £7.7m Rubens sketch?

The UK Arts Minister, Michael Ellis, has placed a temporary export bar on a rare Rubens oil sketch of an African. Institutions have three months to signal interest in raising the £7.7m necessary to keep the picture in the UK. More here.
